Total Care Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation to and from hospitals, long-term care homes, retirement residences and hospices across Southern Ontario. Below is a full list of the hospitals we regularly serve. If you do not see your facility listed, call us. We serve facilities throughout Southern Ontario and can arrange transport to and from locations not on this list.

Long-Term Care Homes and Retirement Residences

We provide transport for residents of long-term care homes and retirement residences across Halton, Peel and Waterloo Region to and from medical appointments, dialysis clinics, hospital visits and inter-facility transfers.

Hospices and Palliative Care Facilities

​We provide compassionate, unhurried transport for palliative care and hospice patients across Southern Ontario. Families are always welcome to travel with the patient at no extra charge.
